TDGI, S.A. incorporated the formalization of the Social Responsibility component in its integrated management system.

In these terms, and in compliance with the applicable normative requirements, the analysis of the performance of the Social Responsibility component of the system allows us to conclude that, in the chain of service provision, situations of:

  • Child labor;
  • Forced and compulsory labor;
  • Failure to assess health conditions and promote safety at work;
  • Impediment to freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining;
  • Discrimination;
  • Abusive disciplinary practices; Abusive working hours;
  • Insufficient remuneration to meet basic needs.
