TDGI, SA began, July 1, the Facilities Management Service Provision in House PORTUGAL headquarters in the ALCATEL-LUCENT, reference company in the field of telecommunications and market leader in several key technologies.
The building has an area of approximately 8,500 m2 with 4 floors – two for parking and two for office areas, data-center, laboratories and areas research and development, operating 24/7, 365 days a year.
The Service Delivery encompasses the execution of Hard Services and Soft Services, among which are the Management, Driving and integral building maintenance, Maid Service, Pest-Control, Green Spaces Maintenance Services, Security Services, Physical Surveillance, Reception and yet, mailroom service.
All work will be managed and executed based on a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key performence Indicators (KPI) set by ALCATEL-LUCENT for each service.
The contract was concluded in partnership with the International Group Sodexo, for the length of four years.
